Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions

Voucher validity
This voucher is valid from the date of issue and must be redeemed by July 2026. The voucher cannot be extended beyond this date.

What the voucher includes:
The voucher entitles the winner to a FREE Introduction to Makaton, 2 hour session. This can be redeemed in one of two ways, please see below:

OPTION 1 - If you are a winner and you are part of an organisation that would like training, you can redeem this voucher for a free In-house Makaton course for up to 15 people at your setting if you are based within North Somerset, alternatively the training can be delivered online via Zoom if you are outside of North Somerset.

OPTION 2 - If you are a winner and you would like individual training for yourself, you can redeem this voucher for an online 1 to 1 Introduction to Makaton, 2-hour course, via Zoom.

Booking / redemption
Advance booking is required and is subject to availability. The winner should contact Alison Pennington-Malik, Makaton Training UK via email quoting the voucher number - info@makatontraining.co.uk to arrange redemption.

Availability
The voucher is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotions unless agreed in advance.
Non-transferable and non-refundable
The voucher has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be resold. Once issued, it is non-refundable.
Lost or damaged vouchers
The voucher should be kept safe. The issuer cannot accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost, stolen, copied or used without the holder's permission.
Prize draw
This voucher has been donated as a prize for a prize draw. It is not redeemable for cash and has no cash alternative.
Cancellation
If a booking is made and subsequently cancelled, 28 days notice must be provided. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the voucher being treated as redeemed.
Restrictions
The voucher may only be used for the purpose stated above and is subject to any reasonable restrictions communicated at the time of booking.
Changes to these terms
The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms where necessary, provided that any such amendment does not materially reduce the value of the prize already awarded.
Acceptance of terms
By redeeming the voucher, the holder is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
